Purpose: This is a request to rezone approximately 104.4 acres from A-1 to PMD with 7 landbays for development of office / retail mixed, hotel uses, office , mixed residential / retail buildings (938 multi-family units).

Location: The site partially surrounds the intersection of Balls Ford Road and Ashton Avenue, with 29+ acres on the north side of Balls Ford Road, 22+ acres on the east side of Ashton Avenue and 54+ acres on the west side of Ashton Avenue.

Land use cases are typical heard on the first and third Tuesday of the month beginning at 7:30pm in the Board Chambers.  If you would like to address the Board for a particular application, you must attend the meeting and sign up to speak during the public hearing for the application which interests you.  The sign up sheets are typically located to the right as you enter the Board Chambers.  There will be a separate sign up sheet for each application heard that meeting so be sure to register for the correct application.  For additional information, contact Phillip J.
